Welford Orrock

With more than 15 years of ministry experience with youth and young adult ministries in both congregational and campus settings, Welford answers a unique calling to bridge the gaps that exist between the campus, community, and congregations for greater alignment in ministries to college-aged young adults. In his role with the Baptist General Association of Viriginia, Welford coordinates the Kairos Initiative – our network of campus and congregational ministries with college students and young adults. In this role he directs the Baptist Collegiate Ministries (BCM) across the state of Virginia.
